HOW TO QUALIFY

1. Pre-order online

Online pre-orders open on October 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM Philippine Time through:

Use the promo code NOV15PICKUP when placing your online pre-order to qualify for the exclusive vinyl launch event.

• The promo code must be entered during checkout.

• Orders placed without the promo code will not qualify.

• The promo code cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

• Orders placed without the promo code cannot be cancelled or modified for the purpose of joining the event. Customers who wish to participate must place a new, separate order using the promo code, subject to availability.

3. Be among the first 500 qualified customers

The event is limited to the first 500 successful online pre-orders made using the promo code. Once all 500 event slots have been filled, the promo code will no longer be accepted.

4. One event slot per customer

Each qualified customer is entitled to one (1) event slot, regardless of the number of vinyls purchased or orders placed.

Qualified customers may claim all vinyls included in their qualified order during the event, subject to order verification.

NOVEMBER 15 EXCLUSIVE VINYL LAUNCH EVENT

Event details

• Date: November 15, 2026 (Sunday)

• Time: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM

• Venue: SPACE at One Ayala, Makati

Qualified customers must arrive during their designated participant verification schedule to verify their ID and order, collect their vinyl, and claim their assigned event perks.

Exclusive entry

The event is exclusive to the 500 qualified vinyl buyers with confirmed event slots. Only qualified customers will be admitted into the venue. Companions and guests are not permitted.

Personal pick-up is required

Only the customer named on the qualified order may claim the vinyl and participate in the event. Proxies, representatives, and third parties are not allowed to claim the order or attend on the customer’s behalf.

A valid government-issued ID and/or additional order details may be required to verify the customer’s identity and purchase.

BONUS PERKS

Every qualified attendee will receive one (1) exclusive event photocard and one (1) bonus perk.

Bonus perks will be randomly assigned to qualified customers in advance. On November 6, 2026, customers will receive an email from marketing.ph@sonymusic.com confirming their assigned perk and providing further event instructions.

The 500 bonus perks will be allocated as follows:

• 150 slots: Vinyl signing and photo opportunity with SB19

• 100 slots: Photo opportunity with SB19

• 250 slots: Exclusive A3 poster

Vinyl signing and photo opportunity

The 150 customers assigned the vinyl-signing and photo-op perk will be eligible to participate in the signing session and its associated photo opportunity, subject to event procedures.

Photo opportunity

The 100 customers assigned the photo-op perk will be eligible for the designated photo session with SB19, with 10 participants per group. This perk does not include a vinyl signing.

Exclusive A3 poster

The 250 customers assigned the poster perk will receive one (1) exclusive A3 poster as their bonus perk. 

If you cannot stay for the signing

Customers assigned the vinyl-signing and photo-op perk who cannot stay for the scheduled session may exchange their perk for one (1) exclusive A3 poster, subject to verification by event staff.

By accepting the exchange, customers will forfeit their eligibility for the vinyl signing and associated photo opportunity. The exchange is final, and the original signing slot may be reassigned by the organizers.

Customers who exchange their perk will no longer be eligible for the signing or photo opportunity at a later time.

Signing session and photo-op instructions

The signing and photo opportunities are exclusive to customers who have been assigned the corresponding perk and received email confirmation.

The schedule, queueing procedures, and other instructions will be communicated to selected customers. All participants must follow the instructions provided by event staff.

ON-GROUND ACTIVITIES AND SIGNING SESSION VIEWING

All qualified attendees are welcome to stay and watch the SB19 signing session, regardless of their assigned bonus perk.

While waiting, attendees can also enjoy the on-ground fan activities, interactive experiences, and booths prepared for the event.

Watching the signing session does not guarantee access to the vinyl signing or photo opportunity. These experiences are reserved exclusively for customers assigned the corresponding perks who complete the required verification process.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

All 500 qualified customers will receive an email on November 6, 2026, confirming their assigned bonus perk and providing event details and instructions.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND

If you cannot attend on November 15, please notify Backspacer Records as soon as possible at admin@backspacerrecords.com so your event slot can be offered to another fan, subject to availability.

CLAIMING YOUR VINYL AFTER THE EVENT

Customers who cannot attend the November 15 event may still claim their vinyl at the Backspacer Records store in Pasig from November 16 to December 15, 2026, during regular store hours.

However, customers who do not attend will forfeit their eligibility for the event and its bonus perks.

STANDARD ORDER FULFILLMENT

Customers who do not qualify for the event, or who do not claim their vinyl at the November 15 event, will receive their orders through the standard fulfillment schedule from November 16 to December 31, 2026, subject to the applicable fulfillment arrangements.

How much is the Wakas At Simula Vinyl?

The pre-order price of the Wakas At Simula Vinyl is ₱3,500.

This price includes Philippine taxes but excludes shipping fees and any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country for orders shipped outside the Philippines.

Please note that retail prices may vary by country. Retail partners may set different prices when the vinyl becomes available in their stores after the pre-order period.

Is the Vinyl limited edition or will you restock?

Yes, this is a limited numbered edition first-pressing vinyl on Smokey Midnight Blue. Once sold out, this edition will be gone for good.

What are the inclusions?

The SB19 Wakas At Simula Vinyl includes:

• First 12 tracks of Wakas At Simula pressed on 140g, 12-inch, 33 1/3 RPM vinyl record

• Special trifold packaging

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be processed and fulfilled starting November 16, 2026, or earlier if possible, and you may expect delivery until December 31, 2026.

What delivery methods are available?

During checkout, you can choose the option that's most convenient for you:

• Store Pick-Up – Pick up your vinyl at our store once it's ready (FREE).
  

• Shipping – Have your vinyl delivered to your preferred address (Shipping fee applies).

How does Store Pick-Up work?

Simply select Store Pick-Up during checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you with the pick-up details via email. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting the store to collect your order.

What are your payment options?

We accept payments via mobile wallets (GCash, Maya), bank transfers using QRPH. We also accept credit and debit cards, PayPal payments, and Billease for installment payments.

How do I pay via GCash?
At the check-out page under Payment, choose "Credit/Debit cards and e-wallets." Once you are redirected to our secure payment page, click the QRPh button at the top and it will generate a QR code for you to scan using your GCash app.

QRPh also supports payments from major banks like BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UB, as well as Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay, and many more.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Just enter your international address and shipping details (in English characters) at checkout.

Will the Wakas At Simula Vinyl be available outside the Philippines?

Yes. The Wakas At Simula Vinyl will be available through select partner record stores worldwide at a later date. Price and availability may vary by country and retailer.

I’m from overseas and want to purchase the Vinyl and send it to a Philippine address, is this allowed?

Yes, you can do this. At the check-out, please indicate the name of the recipient, the complete shipping address with barangay, and the recipient’s active Philippine mobile number.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Customers are encouraged to report factory defects, damaged items, or items that do not match their description within 7 days of receiving their order by emailing admin@backspacerrecords.com with their order number and photos or videos of the issue, if available. An unboxing video showing the package and its contents is strongly recommended as supporting evidence for missing or damaged items. If no unboxing video is available, customers reporting missing or defective contents must return or ship back the complete item, including all packaging, inserts, and inclusions, for inspection and investigation. Backspacer Records reserves the right to request additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim. Any refund or exchange will depend on the findings of the investigation and applicable consumer protection laws. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Returns or exchanges due solely to a change of mind or an ordering mistake are generally not accepted for items without defects, subject to applicable law. For valid claims, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law. This policy is subject to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and other applicable laws and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Why was my order cancelled?

Our system automatically cancels orders flagged as fraudulent (e.g., stolen card use, fake accounts). If this was an error, please contact us ASAP.

Will the items be shipped together if I order multiple times?

If you placed separate orders, please email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com to request combined shipping. Additional fees may apply for bulk orders. Only paid orders under the same name and address will be accommodated.

Can I order other Backspacer items together with my SB19 Wakas At Simula Vinyl?

Yes, you may add other on-hand Backspacer items to your cart along with your SB19 Wakas At Simula Vinyl. Please note: We ship orders when all items are available. If your order includes pre-orders or items not yet in stock, shipping will be held until everything is complete.
