The Andalucia album on vinyl will be available to order starting Monday, December 15, 2025, 11:00AM PH Time.
How can I buy the vinyl?
Andalucia will be sold exclusively by Backspacer Records. Interested buyers can go to the Backspacer Records physical store in Pasig or buy online from their website at www.backspacerrecords.com.
Where is the Backspacer Records store?
We are located at the 2nd Floor of D’Ace Plaza, Brixton St. corner United St., Kapitolyo, Pasig (https://maps.app.goo.gl/jvAxvs7L2f7yPAyo8). Our record store is open from 11AM to 7PM daily.
A limit of 2 vinyl records per store customer, while supplies last.
How to order from your website?
Steps:

Visit our website www.backspacerrecords.com and click the IV of Spades banner at the homepage or go to the product page here. The Andalucia vinyl product will appear at our website starting December 15, 2025, 11:00AM PH Time. There is no pre-order period.

At the product page, select your quantity, then click Add to Cart. There is a limit of 2 unit order per check-out.

At checkout, choose your payment option, input your complete shipping details, and place your order.

Wait for our confirmation email with your Order Number.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx. Just enter your international address and shipping details (in English characters) at checkout.

When will my order arrive?
If you chose shipping via GGX / LBC / FedEx:

What are your payment options?
We accept payments via mobile wallets (GCash, Maya), bank transfers using QRPH. We also accept credit and debit cards, PayPal payments, and Billease for installment payments.
How do I pay via GCash?
At the check-out page under Payment, choose "Credit/Debit cards and e-wallets." Once you are redirected to our secure payment page, click the QRPh button at the top and it will generate a QR code for you to scan using your GCash app.
QRPh also supports payments from major banks like BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UB, as well as Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay, and many more.
I’m from overseas and want to purchase Andalucia vinyl and send it to a Philippine address, is this allowed?
Yes, you can do this. At the check-out, please indicate the name of the recipient, the complete shipping address with barangay, and the recipient’s active Philippine mobile number.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Only items with factory defects will be considered for returns/exchanges. Change of mind or ordering by mistake does not entitle customers for item return/exchange under Republic Act No. 7394 (RA 7394). Customers may bring or ship back the damaged item/s to Backspacer for investigation. If proven that the item has factory damage or defects, a full payment refund will be processed. Exchange option is not guaranteed as we have very limited inventory of the items. Please note that additional shipping fees incurred during the return/exchange of items must be shouldered by the buyer.

Why was my online order cancelled?
Our system automatically cancels orders flagged as fraudulent (e.g., stolen card use, fake accounts). If this was an error, please contact us ASAP.
Can I order other Backspacer items together with my Andalucia vinyl?
Yes, you may add other on-hand Backspacer items to your cart along with your Andalucia vinyl. Please note: We ship orders when all items are available. If your order includes pre-orders or items not yet in stock, shipping will be held until everything is complete.
