At the Ben&Ben Limasawa Street Page, click the item/s that you want to purchase, select your quantity, then click Add to Cart.

At checkout, choose your payment option and your preferred fulfillment type (store pick-up or shipping), and place your order.

Wait for a confirmation email from admin@backspacerrecords.com with your Order Number.
Didn’t receive your confirmation email? Check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Please email admin@backspacerrecords.com for help.
How much are the Limasawa Street Standard CD and Standard Vinyl?

This price includes Philippine taxes but excludes shipping fees and any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country for orders shipped outside the Philippines.
Please note that retail prices may vary by country. Retail partners may set different prices when the CD becomes available in their stores after the pre-order period.
Is there an order limit?
Yes. There is a limit of 2 CDs and 2 vinyl per order to help ensure as many fans as possible can purchase a copy during the pre-order period.
Are the CD and vinyl limited edition or will you restock?
Yes, both Limasawa Street Standard CD and Standard Vinyl are limited editions. Once they sell out, a restock is not guaranteed, so we encourage you to pre-order to secure your copy.

When will my order arrive?
Pre-orders will be processed and fulfilled starting September 26, 2026, or earlier if possible, and you may expect delivery until October 31, 2026.
What delivery methods are available?
During checkout, you can choose the option that's most convenient for you:

Store Pick-Up – Pick up your order at our store once it's ready (FREE).

Shipping – Have your order delivered to your preferred address (Shipping fee applies).
How does Store Pick-Up work?
Simply select Store Pick-Up during checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll notify you with the pick-up details via email. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting the store to collect your order.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

What are your payment options?
We accept payments via mobile wallets (GCash, Maya), bank transfers using QRPH. We also accept credit and debit cards, PayPal payments, and Billease for installment payments.
How do I pay via GCash?
At the check-out page under Payment, choose "Credit/Debit cards and e-wallets." Once you are redirected to our secure payment page, click the QRPh button at the top and it will generate a QR code for you to scan using your GCash app.
QRPh also supports payments from major banks like BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UB, as well as Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay, and many more.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx and UPS. Just enter your international address and shipping details (in English characters) at checkout.
Will the Limasawa Street Standard CD and Standard Vinyl be available outside the Philippines?
Yes, they will be available through select partner record stores worldwide at a later date. Price and availability may vary by country and retailer.

I’m from overseas and want to purchase the CD and/or the vinyl and send it to a Philippine address, is this allowed?
Yes, you can do this. At the check-out, please indicate the name of the recipient, the complete shipping address with barangay, and the recipient’s active Philippine mobile number.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Only items with factory defects will be considered for returns/exchanges. Change of mind or ordering by mistake does not entitle customers for item return/exchange under Republic Act No. 7394 (RA 7394). Customers may bring or ship back the damaged item/s to Backspacer for investigation. If proven that the item has factory damage or defects, a full payment refund will be processed. The exchange option is not guaranteed as we have very limited inventory of the item. Please note that additional shipping fees incurred during the return/exchange of items must be shouldered by the buyer.
To initiate a return, email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com with your Order Number and photos/videos of the defect.
Why was my order cancelled?
Our system automatically cancels orders flagged as fraudulent (e.g., stolen card use, fake accounts). If this was an error, please contact us ASAP.
Will the items be shipped together if I order multiple times?
If you placed separate orders, please email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com to request combined shipping. Additional fees may apply for bulk orders. Only paid orders under the same name and address will be accommodated.
Can I order other Backspacer items together with my Limasawa Street Standard CD and/or Vinyl?
Yes, you may add other on-hand Backspacer items to your cart along with your Limasawa Street CD and/or vinyl. Please note: We ship orders when all items are available. If your order includes pre-orders or items not yet in stock, shipping will be held until everything is complete.
Additional items in your cart apart from Limasawa Street CD and/or vinyl will render additional shipping charges upon checkout. For combined shipping requests, please email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com
