How to Pre-Order
Pre-orders start on October 15, 2025, 12:00PM exclusively at www.backspacerrecords.com, and will remain open until supplies last.

By pre-ordering, you will have the opportunity to attend the vinyl launch party happening on November 28, 2025, Friday, 7:30PM at the Backspacer Records HQ in Kapitolyo, Pasig for FREE!
The Itchyworms will perform a special set, and the album signing will follow after.
How it works:
- If you wish to attend the launch party, pre-order the vinyl at the Backspacer Records website and enter the code AKINKANALANG at checkout.
- ⚠️ If you don’t enter the code, you will not get a pass. Requests made via email or any other channel after checkout will not be honored. You may place another order and try again, but passes are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability is not guaranteed. If the code can no longer be added at checkout, it means all slots have been redeemed.

Please only enter the code if you are sure you can attend — slots are limited and we want to give everyone a fair chance.
- Each person who successfully pre-ordered and entered the code will be issued one (1) pass.
- One order with the code is equivalent to one attendee, not based on quantity of order. Each pass, if granted, will be assigned to the name on the order. If you wish to order multiple copies of the vinyl, and have more chances at attending the launch party, please make separate orders as deemed necessary. Ex. One order for two copies of NTS, with the code at checkout is equivalent to one chance at attending the launch party
- Album signing is exclusive to Noon Time Show vinyls. Other items may be signed after all Noon Time Show vinyl holders have been accommodated. Fans may queue again for additional items.
- Backspacer Records will email confirmed attendees with details.

When will my order arrive?
All orders will be processed and fulfilled starting November 25, 2025 (or earlier, if possible) and you may expect delivery until December 20, 2025.

What are your payment options?
We accept payments via mobile wallets (GCash, Maya), bank transfers using QRPH. We also accept credit and debit cards, PayPal payments, and Billease for installment payments.
How do I pay via GCash?
At the check-out page under Payment, choose "Credit/Debit cards and e-wallets." Once you are redirected to our secure payment page, click the QRPh button at the top and it will generate a QR code for you to scan using your GCash app.
QRPh also supports payments from major banks like BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UB, as well as Maya, ShopeePay, and GrabPay, and many more.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx. Just enter your international address and shipping details (in English characters) at checkout.
I’m from overseas and want to purchase the vinyl and send it to a Philippine address, is this allowed?
Yes, you can do this. At the check-out, please indicate the name of the recipient, the complete shipping address with barangay, and the recipient’s active Philippine mobile number.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Only items with factory defects will be considered for returns/exchanges. Change of mind or ordering by mistake does not entitle customers for item return/exchange under Republic Act No. 7394 (RA 7394). Customers may bring or ship back the damaged item/s to Backspacer for investigation. If proven that the item has factory damage or defects, a full payment refund will be processed. Exchange option is not guaranteed as we have very limited inventory of the items. Please note that additional shipping fees incurred during the return/exchange of items must be shouldered by the buyer.
To initiate a return, email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com with your Order Number and photos/videos of the defect.
Why was my order cancelled?
Our system automatically cancels orders flagged as fraudulent (e.g., stolen card use, fake accounts). If this was an error, please contact us ASAP.
Will the items be shipped together if I order multiple times from Backspacer Records website?
If you placed separate orders, please email us at admin@backspacerrecords.com to request combined shipping. Additional fees may apply for bulk orders. Only paid orders under the same name and address will be accommodated.
Can I order other Backspacer items together with my NTS vinyl?
Yes, you may add other on-hand Backspacer items to your cart along with your NTS vinyl. Please note: We ship orders when all items are available. If your order includes pre-orders or items not yet in stock, shipping will be held until everything is complete.
